With many years in European public affairs, Valérie is an experienced player in EU policies.
Her background in circular economy and energy efficiency gives her an accute vision of political opportunities, and a sharp knowledge of the energy sector’s needs.

Eline Blanchard

Joining EFIEES in 2019, Eline started as a project officer and is now the team’s Head of policy. After a Masters in European affairs at Sciences po Lille and an experience in a French public affairs consultancy, she started to work on energy topics in HyER (Hydrogen, Fuel cells and Electro-mobility in European Regions) association in Brussels.
