3-4 November 2026
Energy Efficiency for Europe is delighted to once again partner with Euroheat & Power for the Euroheat & Power Summit 2026, taking place on 3-4 November in Brussels.
With Europe’s energy transition entering a defining phase following the European Commission’s Electrification Action Plan, a trajectory has been set for district heating and cooling (DHC) to supply 15% of the EU’s heat demand by 2030, supported by 7% annual growth across EU Member States.
Within this context, waste heat, clean thermal solutions and local renewable heat offer significant opportunities to bring greater efficiency and flexibility to an increasingly electrified European energy system.
The question of how to deliver this growth will be at the heart of this year’s Summit, which will gather more than 200 participants, including high-level policymakers, industry leaders and sector experts.

Over two days, the programme will explore some of the key files shaping the future of heating and cooling in Europe, including the EU Waste Heat Initiative, the Heating and Cooling Action Plan, the post-2030 framework and the revision of the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS).
The Summit will take place on 3-4 November 2026 at Sparks Meeting in Brussels, providing an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the policies and solutions needed to advance Europe’s heat transition.
